Weekly | Apart from our large selection of non-perishables available to order on our website, we do also offer weekly orders for fresh produce and a selection of dairy products and meats.
We aim to offer clean, organic and natural produce wherever possible as well as support local community farms.
Monthly | We offer a monthly order for heirloom seedlings to fill your garden with herbs, vegetables and flowers.
Bi Yearly | On top of this, we host SureTouch Breast Screenings twice a year.
Fresh Produce
Choose from a selection of seasonal, fresh, local herbs, vegetables and fruits as well as free ranged meats, frozen fruits, health drinks, gluten free and artisan breads.
Our Fresh Produce Orders are placed by 11am on a Monday and are ready for collection between 4pm-6pm on Tuesdays and 9am-4pm on Wednesdays.
We offer delivery to the greater Durbanville area. These deliveries take place on a Tuesday evening.
Our listings change weekly and are updated every Saturday so keep an eye out for new yummy goodies each week as the produce changes with the seasons.
Please note a 50% payment for these orders is made to confirm your order and the balance is paid on collection.
Dairy
Our dairy selection comes in weekly from George and hosts a selection of good quality dairy and meat products.
Fill your fridge with cheeses, cream cheese, feta, cream and the most delicious selection of yoghurts. There is also a selection of meats and broths to stock up your deepfreeze.
These orders are placed by 11am on a Monday and are ready for collection between 4pm-6pm on a Friday or 9am-4pm on the following Monday.
We do not currently offer any deliveries for these orders.

Seedlings
Looking to get your hands dirty and start your own garden? Our seedlings are a great starting point.
Choose from a selection a seasonal herbs, vegetables and flowers. These mostly come in 6-pack punnets, unless otherwise stated.
These orders are placed monthly and availability determines the collection times. Once your order has been placed we will confirm all of the necessary details with you.
We do not currently offer any deliveries for these orders.

SureTouch
We host two SureTouch screenings a year and booking is essential. Our screenings usually take place around March/April and September/October.
Our next screening will take place between 10 and 18 October 2026.
SureTouch is a portable, radiation-free, pain-free handheld device that uses tactile sensor technology to map breast tissue for lumps. It enhances clinical breast exams (CBEs), providing immediate, documented 3D imaging to identify lumps as small as 5mm.
Payment for screenings is made on the day of the screening.
