You can purchase your items online and pick them up in store or ship them directly to your doorstep. Shipping is free for orders over R1 500. A flat rate of R100 is charged for any orders below R1 500. We use the best couriers in the business to make sure your orders get to you on time.

Ordering items that are currently out of stock will add a maximum delivery time of two weeks to your order. Should we be unable to restock an item you have ordered, we will immediately process a refund for your account. At the Secure Checkout page, you‘ll see the ordered item’s description, its price, and estimated delivery time. Delivery times vary depending on your selected delivery address, availability of your items, and the time of the day you place your order.

Payments can me made via card, EFT or cash. Please note, for EFT payments, you will receive an email directly from us with your order total, order number and bank details. Your order is only processed once we receive your proof of payment. Cash payments are only available for in-store collections. Should you opt for a cash payment and your order is not collected within 5 working days after receiving your "order ready" notification, your order will be cancelled.

Returns are accepted within 7 days of you receiving your order. Please contact us directly with your item description, order number and reason for return. Where applicable a refund will be processed and will either get sent back to you via EFT or kept as a store credit.
