Nicotinic acid or niacin aids in the release of energy from foods, synthesis of DNA and the two co-enzymes NAD and NADP. It helps to keep your skin, nerves, digestive system and blood vessels healthy. It may also be useful for cholesterol control and the production of sex hormones in males and females. 

INGREDIENTS

Vitamin B3  (as Nicotinic acid) 35mg.

ADULTS: Take one to two capsules per day with water, after a meal, or as recommended by your health care professional.

Not recommended for children under 12 years. 

Suitable for Kosher & Halal diets.

Not to be taken as a substitute for a varied diet.
