MYO-Inositol and Choline are both nutritionally beneficial for fat metabolism and liver health, maintaining cholesterol and blood sugar levels and protecting cells from oxidative damage. They also help maintain a healthy nervous system, hair and protect against hair loss.

MYO-Inositol 250mg, Choline (as Choline Bitartrate) 250mg.

SUGGESTED USE: As a dietary supplement 

ADULTS: One to two capsules per day with water or as recommended by health care professional.  Not recommended for children.

Suitable for Kosher, Halal and Vegetarian diets.

Not recommended for children, people on diabetic medication, as MYO-Inositol also reduces blood sugar levels, and if bipolar due to the possible effects of Choline. 

Do not exceed recommended dosages. 

Not to be taken as a substitute for a varied diet.
