Methylsulfonylmethane (MSM) 500mg.

SUGGESTED USE: As a dietary supplement 

ADULTS: Dosage is individual and condition dependent. For the relief of symptoms (pain and inflammation): Two to four tablets up to three times a day.

GENERAL MAINTENANCE (once relief of symptoms has been achieved): One tablet three times a day.  CHILDREN OVER 6 YEARS: One to two tablets daily.                    

MSM tablets are not to be taken at bedtime. 

Suitable for Vegetarians, Kosher, Hindu, Halal & diabetic diets .

Do not exceed recommended dosages.
