Iron is an essential mineral, necessary for the production of haemoglobin (red blood-corpuscles), myoglobin (red pigment in muscles) and certain enzymes.

INGREDIENTS

Ferrous Sulphate 75mg Providing iron (elemental) 15mg.

Do not exceed daily upper safe levels of 33mg elemental iron.

SUGGESTED USE: As a dietary supplement.

ADULTS AND CHILDREN OVER 12 YEARS: One tablet daily with water.
