[root powder] 44mg.

SUGGESTED USE: As a dietary supplement.

ADULTS: Take one tablet one to two times daily with water or as recommended by your healthcare professional.

Do not exceed recommended dosage. 

Not recommended for children.  

Caution: Do not use this product if you are on any antidepressants, blood thinning medications (Warfarin), statins, Digoxin, HIV and cancer medications.
