ACTIVE INGREDIENTS

Actaea racemosa L. (Black Cohosh) [root, as 250mg of 8:1 extract] 2000mg.

SUGGESTED USE: As a dietary supplement.

ADULTS: 1 capsule daily with water or as recommended by your health care professional.
