This product was made in a facility that may contain Soy and Tree Nuts. Contents of bag may clump due to the use of whole-food ingredients only. Quality is unaffected, please loosen and use as normal.

METHOD TO MAKE ONE LARGE MUG: Blend 30g (2 rounded Tablespoons) with 300ml of hot water. Stir occasionally while drinking, relax and enjoy!

Optionally, take it to the next level by adding coconut cream or hemp milk. If you eat dairy, try a splash of organic cream, knob of grass fed butter or spoon of collagen powder.
